The Rover is responsible for the hour-to-hour supervision of the Bozeman Hot Springs campus, including both the Hot Springs facility and campground areas. This position serves as the eyes and ears of the property, maintaining safety, assisting guests, and identifying potential issues. Rovers are responsible for communicating safety concerns, incidents, and operational needs to leadership. Rovers must demonstrate strong attention to detail, situational awareness, decision-making skills, and maintain professional and courteous interactions with both guests and staff. 

Tasks include but are not limited to:  

• Communication: Communicate with the Hospitality Director, Shift Supervisor, and other Rovers of potential disturbances, pool temperatures, and incidents/medical emergencies. 
• Outdoor Supervision: Outdoor supervision is the most crucial part of the roving position. The rovers are the eyes and ears of the facility. They should observe any issues and communicate those with the supervisor/director on duty. When outside, the rover is responsible for furniture, patio cleanliness, and crowd control.  
• Enforce Rules & Regulations: be very familiar with the rules and regulations of the premises. Be able to enforce these rules and regulations comfortably.  
• Training Structure: Assist in training of new Rovers.  
• Lost and Found: Bring any items left behind to the lost and found, put in the hamper to be washed or in its proper bucket.  
• Responsibility of Uniform: All Rovers will be given a specific uniform. You are required to show up to each shift wearing the appropriate attire.   
• Pool Temps: Every hour on the hour pool temps are required to be taken and recorded in the temp log. Knowledge on how to adjust temps is required.  
• Towel Runs: Continually stock folded towels in pool area and membership locker room. Collect dirty towels and put them in towel bins. Periodically do towel bin runs.  
• Cleanliness: Ensure the facility is looking up to par with health code standards and standards of the Management Team. This can include picking up garbage, rearranging furniture, and collecting left towels.  
• Awareness: Awareness of the facility is the main task of the Rover. You must be aware of who is in the pools, what is happening in the locker rooms, and constantly keeping an eye and an effort to make our facility the safest it can be.  
• Right to Refuse: Maintain the right to refuse service to any belligerent or intoxicated guest. Hold people up to the standards of the Hot Springs’ policies and set an example for others.

Hours: Part-time, weekends Pay: $19/hour The Front Desk Representative is responsible for customer interactions/relationships of the Hot Springs members and the public guests. This position is the primary source of customer service and initial interaction when entering the facility. This position is responsible directing and serving the facility and it’s patrons. Representatives must have attention to detail, good communication skills, the ability to identify potential problems, decision-making skills, and interact in a professional and courteous manner with guests and fellow staff.  This position reports to their lead/supervisor.     Tasks include but are not limited to:  

• Communication: Communicate with the Hospitality Director, Shift Supervisor, Shift Lead and other Front Desk Representatives of: 
  • Potential disturbances 
  • Any complications that may arise 
  • Need for help 
• Enforce Rules & Regulations: be very familiar with the rules and regulations of the premises. Be able to enforce these rules and regulations comfortably.

Hours: 32-40/week Pay: $23/hour + tips The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the hour-to-hour supervision of the Cafe. This position is the primary method of communication from the F&B Manager to Shift Leads, and Baristas.  This position is also responsible for handling the majority of Cafe food prep, juicing bags, as well as transporting goods from the campground storage backstock to the cafe backstock while these items can be 50 pounds. The F&B Supervisor must have strong organizational skills, communication skills, and leadership skills.  The job description: 

• Supervise and support barista during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service. 
• Assist with training as needed, ensuring staff follows procedure. 
• Ensure all food and beverages meet quality, presentation, and safety standards. 
• Manage daily operation, ensuring food, and juices are prepped. 
• Monitor inventory and place orders for items to help with daily operations 
• Will lift 50 pounds worth of items when transferring back and forth to campground and cafe. Van use will be required when doing these tasks. 
• Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional, friendly manner.

This position is the primary for assigning stations as well as seeing through opening and closing procedures and making sure baristas remain on task. This position is also responsible for basic money handling, ensuring tills are opened, closed, and counted properly, before and after the service day. The F&B Shift Leads must have strong organizational skills, customer service skills, and leadership skills.  The job description: 

• Support and motivate the barista during shifts to maintain standards of service. 
• Oversee shift operations, including coordinating breaks and task/station delegation. 
• Assist with training new staff and reinforcing café procedures. 
• Open and/or close the café according to checklists and operational standards. 
• Handle basic cash handling, drawer counts, and POS troubleshooting. 
• Step in to address and resolve guest issues or questions when needed. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe and storage rooms.

• Take orders accurately and operate the POS system with confidence. 
• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe standards along with food and bakery items.

Depending on the assigned shift, duties may include high-touch cleaning during operational hours, deep cleaning during overnight hours, and assisting with inventory, organization, and equipment care. This role includes checking in and out campers, processing payments, providing information about the campground and local attractions, and enforcing campground rules. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle transactions and administrative tasks are essential. The position also requires strong communication skills with the guests and fellow co-workers.   Key Responsibilities:
