Exercise should be a part of a healthy lifestyle, not your entire life. I love to spend time outdoors running, hiking, skiing and camping. I have found that time in the gym helps me to do the activities I love. Let me show you how health and wellness can become a part of your life, and how to find that balance. With that in mind, my goal is to educate individuals how to incorporate health, exercise, and good nutrition into a lifelong lifestyle.

As the Fitness Coordinator I strive to make sure that all our guests and members receive the tools they need to reach their goals. I know that for some, the gym is a new place and can be overwhelming. Here at the Hot Springs, we aim to make everyone feel comfortable. Our team is here to help you reach your goals. Each of our fitness professionals have specialties and skills to help reach your goals in an encouraging environment.  Everyone has different fitness and health goals and we offer a variety of group training programs, group fitness classes and personal training to help you reach those goals. Please let me know if I can help you in anyway, whether it’s questions about the fitness center or finding the best trainer for you.

Throughout my life I have been many places on the fitness spectrum and I bring these life experiences to my personal training along with my educational certifications. I have always been active in competitive sports such as basketball, volleyball, golf, and boxing whether it be playing, coaching or officiating, I also enjoy recreational activities like hiking, snowshoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.

My goal as a personal trainer is to help you realize your athletic and exercise potential. I want to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses health and wellness by setting realistic goals, relaying the importance of nutrition, and making our experience together enjoyable. By providing guidance, and a specific workout program created just for you, you will safely gain strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination and balance.  Unfortunately, life throws some road blocks in our way of reaching our goals and full potential. Let me share my knowledge and passion to help energize and inspire you to overcome those roadblocks and reach your goals you have always wanted.

I am wife, a mother of 5, and the elite personal trainer at the Bozeman Hot Springs. I have a passion for fitness and nutrition. That I have successfully implemented into my own life for last 25 years.

I specialize in a training style that will challenge you, hold you accountable, and help you progress. I purposefully create programs designed around my client’s individual goals, and abilities, with safety and injury prevention in mind at all times. Good nutrition is a key component in the journey, in which I will offer my knowledge and guidance. Another area that we will focus on, is the mental aspect. Our minds are powerful, it is so important to have a healthy, mental outlook on fitness, nutrition, and body image. Having a positive mental outlook, will greatly increase the odds of long term continuation and success! I also feel strongly about having a good coach in your corner. This is why I have utilized many trainers and coaches myself over the years. I am currently being mentored and coached, by well known, fitness expert, Scott Abel. This allows me to continue my growth as an individual, and as a coach, to more fully serve my clients.

My hope is to create a long-term relationship, where we can work together to provide you with the foundation, tools, and confidence that you need to make fitness and nutrition a lifestyle! I would love to help you realize your potential and be part of your journey to a healthier and more fit you!
