- 10 Mountain Climber Plank Jacks (6 mountain climbers)
- 12 Hamstring Sliders
- 20 Banded Lateral Steps
- 20 Banded Glute Bridges + Adductors
- 10 Split Jumps + Squat
- 10 (per leg) Side Plank w/ Lateral Leg Raise
