The Day Cleaner is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff at Bozeman Hot Springs. This position involves performing daily cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance duties throughout the facility, including guest areas, restrooms, locker rooms, and specialty zones. Employees will be trained in proper chemical handling, equipment use, and cleaning systems to ensure efficiency and safety. Tier 1 employees must demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork while upholding the company’s high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Depending on the assigned shift, duties may include high-touch cleaning during operational hours, deep cleaning during overnight hours, and assisting with inventory, organization, and equipment care.

Pay: $25/hour

The Cleaning Supervisor ensures each shift runs efficiently by coordinating Tier 1 staff,
maintaining inventory, and supporting the Cleaning Director with personnel and workflow needs.
This role keeps daily operations on track and up to standard across all cleaning shifts.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Leading an 8-hour shift with a strong emphasis on staff management, communication, and operational order.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance to Tier 1 employees, and conducts routine quality inspections to maintain consistent cleaning standards.
• Track inventory
• Assist with scheduling and personnel issues
• Act as the on-shift point of contact for the Cleaning Director. Successful candidates
  are detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated by creating structure and ensuring smooth,
  high-quality cleaning operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years cleaning experience

• Able to lift 50 lbs
