Lili is a personal trainer at Bozeman Hot Springs. Since I was young, I have been participating in sports like cross country, track, basketball, and volleyball. Although I was constantly in sports or being active, I felt like I was NEVER achieving personal goals. I found later, while in college for my degree in human sciences, this was due to a lack of a balanced training, nutrition, and many other factors. I also learned during my time at MSU that everyone is unique and specialized programming is ideal for people who are serious about achieving their goals.
My objective as a personal trainer is to meet you where you are currently and elevate your lifestyle to help you achieve all your goals in a safe, realistic, and progressive manner. I don’t just want to help you achieve one goal, as fitness is a journey and goals change. I want to help you achieve all your goals as they change!
My favorite interests are sports conditioning, running, Pilates, and boot camps. If you see me around the gym or want to pop your head in my office please do. I would love to help you with any questions you have!

TANA MEYER
BS- Health Science / Nutrition, Keene State College
NASM certified personal trainer
Registered dietitian nutritionist
Growing up, I was always participating in sports from soccer, cross country and track to skiing and hiking. As I got older, I realized that how I trained outside of these sports can help improve my performance while participating in these activities. This pursued me to want to help others find ways to feel strong in their bodies and be ready for whatever activity they want to take on next. Let me help you achieve your goals through a program made just for you as everyone is unique and therefore there is no one size fits all program for your personalized goals. My intention is to help you feel good on the inside and the outside and reach your goals!
My interests include:
- Running/Trail running
- Strength training
- Skiing

Exercise should be a part of a healthy lifestyle, not your entire life. I love to spend time outdoors running, hiking, skiing and camping. I have found that time in the gym helps me to do the activities I love. Let me show you how health and wellness can become a part of your life, and how to find that balance. With that in mind, my goal is to educate individuals how to incorporate health, exercise, and good nutrition into a lifelong lifestyle.
As the Fitness Coordinator I strive to make sure that all our guests and members receive the tools they need to reach their goals. I know that for some, the gym is a new place and can be overwhelming. Here at the Hot Springs, we aim to make everyone feel comfortable. Our team is here to help you reach your goals. Each of our fitness professionals have specialties and skills to help reach your goals in an encouraging environment. Everyone has different fitness and health goals and we offer a variety of group training programs, group fitness classes and personal training to help you reach those goals. When I was younger, I stayed fit by participating in multiple sports. As I got older and my interests changed, I have had to find new ways to stay active and am always reaching for new goals. That being said – It hasn’t been easy. I understand the struggles, the limitations, the frustrations, and the uncertainty of just simply trying to better yourself. This has fueled my passion for personal training and led me to obtain my BS in Health and Human Performance from Montana State. What I love most about my job is getting to work with clients across all walks of life and of various physical conditions, to understand their fitness goals and create a customized strategy for helping them achieve new personal milestones. Remember, setting intentions for yourself is the first step to achieving them.
Whether your intention is to start an exercise program, weight loss, sports conditioning, increasing strength, balance, or endurance, I have the knowledge and skills to assist you on your way. If you don’t know where to start, please stop me in the gym or come to one of my group fitness classes, we’d love to have you join us!
