  • 10 Mountain Climber Plank Jacks (6 mountain climbers)
  • 12 Hamstring Sliders
  • 20 Banded Lateral Steps
  • 20 Banded Glute Bridges + Adductors
  • 10 Split Jumps + Squat
  • 10 (per leg) Side Plank w/ Lateral Leg Raise
