Accountability Challenge 2.0

This 6-week challenge is designed to help set you up with the tools to maximize your discipline, increase your self-image, and prioritize your health – even when life gets in the way. Fitness does not have a “one size fits all” approach, which is why this challenge will be tailored to your individual goals and fitness capabilities. This challenge uses a guided approach to help gradually incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine to help you achieve your short- and long-term health and fitness goals. Ultimately, it is my goal to help you, no matter where you find yourself on the fitness spectrum, build a foundation for your health and wellness.
Included in this challenge:
- An initial assessment and intro meeting
- A 4-day individualized workout program
- 4 personal training sessions with your trainer, Lexie
- Weekly check-ins from your trainer, Lexie
- Weekly challenges that build upon themselves
- Access to our Facebook Accountability group for daily motivation, tips, and group accountability
- An exit meeting to help set you up for long term success
- A Bozeman Hot Springs T-Shirt
This challenge will be on a point-based system. For each workout, weekly task, check-in, Facebook post, comment, etc. – you will receive points. This adds a friendly competition element to the challenge and will be used to select our overall winners.
