Hours: 32-40/week
Pay: $23/hour

At the Bozeman Hot Springs Café we are seeking a reliable and energetic Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages along with food and supporting daily café operations while providing excellent customer service! Comes with free membership as a Full Time employee.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Will be responsible for opening and closing tills
• Training new employees
• Ensuring all employees are staying on task while delegating stations within the cafe
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee drinks, smoothies, Italian sodas, and juices plus food
• Operate and maintain coffee and beverage equipmentAssist with daily opening and closing tasks
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more

Requirements

• High School Diploma Minimum
• At least 2 years customer service experience
• At least 2 years barista experience
• Experience leading a team of employees
• Able to lift 50 lbs

All other duties as required by the Food & Beverage Director. Duties and tasks are subject to change as needed without prior notification.
