Back to Fitness (Sept 18-Oct 18)

As kids and teachers get back into the routine of school, let us challenge you to reinstate fitness into your daily routine.

Challenge Includes:

  • 3 Full-body workouts designed to train your entire body
  • Being a part of a private Facebook group full of encouragement, tips and help staying accountable
  • 1 fifteen minute meeting per week with a trainer to ask any questions, get nutrition advice, and demonstration of equipment in the gym
  • Setting two health-specific goals to achieve in the 5-week challenge
